Removing Tempory Files Using Windows XP

March 11th, 2008 · No Comments

I was beginning to experience memory limit problems on my C Drive.  After doing the typical things that MS recommends, like deleting Temporary Internet Files and Removing programs that are not used often, I was still having issues.  Those are more or less stop gap measures and don’t really do much.

I came across Linda’s Computer Shop where she has a tutorial for actually removing all of the temp files on your system.  The procedure was easy and worked great, actually freeing up over 5GB on my C Drive.  That is huge.

I would highly recommend her site for good solid fixes to common XP problems.
